Well its 9:15 and if my bed were here next to my desk I'd fall into it and sleep the sleep of the righteous dead. I am bloody exhausted! The running in the morning is going well and I'm able to finish my runs without keeling over. I actually feel fine during them and great afterward. AND I am NOT, (I repeat NOT) overdoing it. A half hour run is no biggie, particularly when you're only covering a bit over 2 miles (2.18 this morning to be exact). A bit under a 14 minute mile as of this morning.; Right now however, I can only focus on going to sleep, so I am out of here to head for home. A current goal by the way is to be certain, I hit 2K kCal of exercise a week. Here it is tuesday and at 1K so far I am on track to make it so.
