I refuse to play that game with mechanics.

I figure that they'll be playing this little "Oh, your car will be ready tomorrow" BS, and that it will actually take a bit longer. So, I act very cavalier about it, and I don't bother calling them. Meanwhile, I chill and deal with the less maddening parts of my life.
