Sort of. I'm a migraineur and red wine is my main trigger. It's a guarentee of misery within 30 minutes of taking in any red wine, so I avoid the stuff like the plague.

It also does mean I don't always recognize the flavor.

On a couple of occassions I've eaten food that was cooked with red wine (like a beef bourginon), not knowing I was consuming said red wine, and subsequently gone into migraine by the time dessert was served.
