I'm feeling an amazing amount of relief.
I went to bed last night with my ankles on fire. They're still bothering me, though not to the extent they were (thanks to the anti-inflammatory (Celebrex), plus some hydrocodone I had left over from dental work last year). It was unfortunately a fitful night because of them.
To add insult to injury, at about 2 this morning I rolled over and was awakened not by my ankles, but by my back. Right at my waist, it felt like I had a vertebra out of place. WHen I got up this morning, I did not much like standing up because of it.
Well, I just stretched and leaned forward while sitting at my desk and had an audible & unexpected clunk in my lower back, after which my back pain evaporated. (Say AMEN!!)
