It's been a process & while it's not done, here's where things appear to be developing:

1) my pediatric table was a physiotherapy table I reupholstered myself in the late 80's when I first opened my private practice. It went to a friend, a physiatrist who's on the verge of opening their own business. My gift.
2) the two Midmark tables I acquired when I started practice and reupholstered myself two years ago both are heading to colleague's offices on Thursday, one here in Santa Rosa & the other in Oakland. I'll get $350 a piece for them.
3) an MD from Sacramento txted yesterday & called this AM about the two tables. As they're spoken for I asked if he was opening a practice or if something else was afoot. He's an employed Rheumatologist who's working with a group putting together a free clinic in N. Sacramento. Hearing that I offered to donate my two other tables & my waiting room furniture. He's running that by his group, but I suspect that's what will happen with those items.
4) the procedure table remains, but there were two calls about it today. We'll see if either of those pan out.

The 3 chairs that were in my consultation room left today, free to a young mother who plans to recover them. Four of the six exam stools have gone to the lake house, with plans to reupholster them with leather for use at the new kitchen's b'fast counter. They're a perfect height for the task & will roll under the counter when not in use.

That leaves two large desks, 3 computer desks, my pediatric scale along with the cabinet it sits on, a lateral file cabinet, and a bunch of framed prints and other assorted art to deal with, along with some medical supplies.
