Opps ... I did the last one, many, many years ago, when I was a young'in. Although I didn't wan a refill. I wanted to see a doc. The nurse on call at Kaiser said, take two aspirin and do not call in the morning.
I call my partner's doc, who saw me that day, and became my regular doc.
