Feel like I just hit the wall.....

osodecanelaIt's 2 pm, I'm supposed to start seeing patients and I'm having a hard time getting myself out of my chair. Worked through lunch again; got all of 15 minutes to nuke a couple of boca burgers for lunch. The lack of adequate sleep this week is finally catching up with me.
Yesterday had to get out of the house by 6:30 am to make it cross county for a 7am call group meeting, then worked a whole day till 8 pm, picked up dinner to feed LJ and myself, and then decided I REALLY wanted to go to karaoke at the Triple R to see an hang with Dan an some other friends I've scarcely had the chance to see for a couple of weeks. Had a great time, but I am paying the price for it now.
I wonder how soon the caffeine will hit, if I down this cup of coffee I've been nursing?
