Writer's Block: Taking It Personally
Feb. 26th, 2009 08:35 pm[Error: unknown template qotd]As I said before, yes I have taken the Myers-Briggs twice. The full exam that took over an hour to take and was then scored by a psychologist who had administered it. It was in conjunction with serving on the board of a non-profit 30 years ago (AMSA, the American Medical Student Assoc.). We were a board of 13 and the purpose was to see how we scored as individuals, in the hope it would assist us in our group dynamics, as well as in our interactions with the larger medical student community.
The board was heavy with Extraverts, Intuitives and Feeling types, which made it relatively easy for us to work with one another. I was one of 5 ENFP's on that board. Not so easy interacting with the med student community at large however, which as a general rule are heavy to the Introvert, and Thinking end of the spectrum.

They had trouble ...er, interpreting my score, since I scored on the borderline on two (or three?) categories (typical Pisces, right?). The guy seemed worried about me. I lived.
