On the phone this morning the Ruth, I chirped about a sweet, young lesbian couple who now attend my meeting. I've chatted several times with them at Meeting & find them both delightful. Ruth had just asked if I might come down to the city next weekend, to which I replied, " no, that won't work; we're having a couple of lesbians for supper that night."

Ruth countered, "oh? How were youvplanning to prepare them?"
Without missing a beat I replied, "stewed in their own juices, of course!"

(Sigh)

I'll be making quinoa con pollo for a main course I think. I'm pretty sure I stll have some sofrito on hand.

And just maybe, I might make anothe challah.
