When I hosted a committee meeting last month, I spent a couple of days getting the food prepared and a friend, who's an IT type came over to help out during the meeting, getting things in & out of the oven and on to the table. As often happens, I got asked for recipes, which dutifully I sent out during the following week.

1ticor who usually gives me a hand when I host something like this has nick named me The Pestered Chef, for all the extra work sending out recipes. I protested that, given that I already have most of them in a folder on my computer. Jason (Señor I.T.), also a mutual friend of Ticor, has made me an offer I couldn't refuse.

"You buy the domain name and I will host it and set the website up"

So I am now the owner of a domain - www.weaverskitchen.com. Nothing is up yet, but soon I hope to be uploading to the web.

ogam agrees. In my kitchen if it can hang, it does. Pots, skillets, casseroles, utensils, all of it! Ticor christened it "the well hung kitchen". The home page will feature yours truly standing behind the island, next to the pot rack, smiling at the camera. The text will read, "Welcome to Weaver's place and recipes from a well hung kitchen!"
