In just 2 weeks....

A couple of weeks ago I paid $75 to fill my tank. Now granted, I was driving on fumes when I pulled in, but with the two refineries off line here in California, it was $4.59/gal. I need to fill my tank this morning & according to Gas Buddy the price at the same station is down 50 cents/gal. That's $8 less per tank.
