osodecanelaOn a separate note, SCOTUSblog announced this morning that the Prop 8 challenge (Hollingsworth v. Perry) will be heard the morning of March 26th and the following morning will be the hearing on DOMA (US v. Windsor). It is unlikely that we will have any decisions from the court until sometime in June.
