I have the iPhone podcast app, where I simply search for podcasts and bob my husband and I subscribe to hers and they download to our phones automatically. (I've got the same thing with Bil Maher's HBO show as well.) Rachel's first segment is available as video, generally anywhere from 15-18 minutes long and the whole show sans comercials is available as audio only, generally an hour post air time.
I imagine most smart phones now have podcast apps. Just use the search function to find her.
