There are times I just have to marvel at shear stupidity. Usually its things I see coming out of our capital (The phrase "I don't recall" comes to mind!); however, sometimes its something that happens right under my nose. For this I'd direct you to my journal from earlier this week. I does set the stage from today's quote, courtesy of the late Groucho Marx:

"A child of five would understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five."
