osodecanela | A cold decends....

I was fine, and then I wasn't. At 7pm last night I abruptly started feeling sick. It started with a paroysm of coughing that left me lightheaded, within minutes I had a full blown chest cold. YOu know the achy, sneezy, tired, plugged nose, plugged ears, plugged head, blah feeling where all you want to do is have some chicken soup and go to bed type of cold. I'm now a third of the way thru a box of Cold-eeze, and at the moment have no voice to speak of (or with for that matter!).

I've come into town to get a handful of things done, that don't involve using my voice and them I am off to home. I will not do any patient care today (great, come see your doctor and catch his cold!) I'll do some laundry and put some stuff away and get to bed early. Yuck. Simply yuck.
