I looked at him lying in his warmer and thought, "My God, this child looks like he's a month and a half old. At 10 lbs and almost 22 inches long, he's as big as many 6 week old kids.
And amen, his mother is still talking to me.
Mother and child are both doing fine and I got 2, nearly 3 hours of sleep this morning before driving back to Santa Rosa to see patients. Now I get to go home, wake up in the morning and do it all again tomorrow.
Hmm, it's only 9:30. The night is young............
