Been a long day. A very long day.
I'm soon to head off to bed, but I really wanted some chocolate first. Some real chocolate. Sort of the chocolate equivalent of a decent single malt scotch.
I broke out some of the good stuff. Some Belgian milk seasoned with lavander, some dried fig bits enrobed in bittersweet, and some ultra dark. Oh,& a glass of milk. (I have to go with lactose free which is a touch sweeter, than ordinary and even the 1% feels rich.
So decadent. Not a huge amount, but so rich on the tongue.
I'm ready to fold for the night.

Date: 2011-09-13 05:44 pm (UTC)See's has glacéd Ginger in bittersweet which for me is too die for. Have you tried it? I cannot buy more than an ounce or two at a time as I like it a bit too much if you catch my drift. Similarly the organic dried apricots in bittersweet the local organic market carries (in bulk!).
