Love the bounty of the season.

Delicious. Divine. Delectable.

Vine ripened tomatoes sliced with hass avocado & crumbled blue cheese sprayed lightly with balsamic. This was chased with Tuscan melon ripened to perfection, sliced with prosciutto.

I'm now not particularly interested in the main course. (Pork in tomatillo salsa.) It's not that it isn't tasty. It's just that I don't need anything else.

I'm sated.

Yes - we need to enjoy those tomatoes while we can! All too soon we'll be back to those hard ones fr the duration of the winter (except for the organic cherry ones from Mexico)...
