You call the on call MD for a patient not his own at 1 am to get an order for a tube feeding that had already been going on for a day and a half when you find the stuff that's been running isn't what the patient's MD originally ordered.
This is an emergent call at 1 am? This required not only awakening me, but everyone in by household at that hour? Is there a reason this couldn't have waited for the end of your shift @ 6:30 or so?
