Most Mornings? Get out of bed, hit the head, brush teeth, throw on clothes, put in contacts if I've had enough sleep or slap on some glasses if not, take meds and vitamins, and head out the door for work.
A civilized morning? Pad off to the kitchen, and brew a large mug of tea, add some plain yogurt to some berries or sliced fruit, make a couple of slices of toast for my honey, slice up the tomato for me, and then pad back into the sitting room, to watch the morning news and enjoy some breakfast with my spouse. Then go back to the routine of most mornings (see above)!
A really civilized morning? Turn off the alarm clock and go back to sleep, until my internal clock says it's time to get up! The crack of noon sounds good.
